The service provides the classification of economic activities / industries in the NACE 2.1 revision, allowing users to conveniently browse and search for business activity types according to the latest version. Additionally, there is an option to switch to the previous NACE 2.0 revision, ensuring an easy transition between the two versions. In the data search tool, users can search for an industry by the NACE code or a fragment of the code description in the respective revision (NACE 2.1 or NACE 2.0). By selecting the appropriate NACE code, a list of companies registered in the Lursoft IT database with that NACE code is available via the "Companies" link. By clicking the "SIC" button, users can view the UK's industry classification and browse companies from the UK, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia that match the selected industry.

41.0 | Construction of residential and non-residential buildings

Companies
This class includes the construction of complete residential or non-residential buildings, as well as additions and alterations. Outsourcing parts or the whole construction process is possible. If only specialised parts of the construction process are carried out, the activity is classified in division 43.

This class includes:
- construction of all types of buildings:
residential buildings
buildings for industrial production (e.g. factories, workshops)
hospital, school and office buildings
hotel, store, shopping centre and restaurant buildings
airport buildings
indoor sports facilities
parking garages, including underground parking garages
warehouse buildings
religious buildings
- erection of prefabricated buildings requiring on-site assembly
This class also includes:
- complete remodelling or renovating of existing residential or non-residential buildings involving several specialised construction activities
- construction of air-supported buildings (e.g. air domes)
This class excludes:
- construction of industrial facilities, except buildings, see 42.99
- development of building projects, for later sale, see 68.12
- architectural and engineering activities, see 71.1
- project management for construction, see 71.1
